Rehabilitation Services at Aurora Advanced Healthcare has received an exceptional patient satisfaction ranking of 92 in a newly-released Press Ganey survey. The Press Ganey ranking of 92 reflects patients’ “likelihood of recommending” the AAH facility to others.
A percentile score of 92 means that Aurora Advanced Healthcare Rehabilitation Services is performing at a higher level than 92 percent of the benchmark group nationwide. The patient surveys were compiled from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
As Aurora Advanced Healthcare’s survey partner, Press Ganey works with healthcare organizations to measure and improve their quality of care. Using a rating scale of Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor and Very Poor, various aspects of a patient’s experiences are measured.
Press Ganey survey results can help reveal what an organization is doing well and how it can improve. Measuring patient satisfaction will continue to play an important role in the trend toward accountability among the nation’s health care providers.
