The Plastic Surgery Department at Aurora Advance Healthcare provides the best care and surgical care for their patients.  Dr. Jolene Andryk, a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and Dr. Andreas Doermann, a board certified plastic surgeon believe their top priority is the satisfaction of their patients.  Combining excellent surgical skills, extensive knowledge and great patient care is the focus of their practice.

The physicians and staff in the plastic surgery department are committed to providing their patients with an outstanding experience by listening to their patients, guiding their care and creating a pleasant surgical experience or treatment.

Further, Aurora Advanced Healthcare is the only plastic surgery department in southeastern Wisconsin that combines two highly specialized surgeons each with their unique areas of specialty.  Dr. Andryk largely limits her practice to facial rejuvenation and reconstruction while Dr. Doermann performs a variety of facial and body surgeries with a focus on breast, body and hand surgery and skin cancer excisions.  When two surgeons each dedicate themselves to complex and important treatment areas, the patient receives the best plastic surgery has to offer.
