Caring for my patients’ needs and concerns is the most important aspect of what I do as a physician. When I can get to know my patients and discover what their dermatologic needs are, I can better communicate effective and acceptable treatment options.
Prior to joining Advanced Healthcare in 1990, I received my undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Chicago and went to medical school at the University of Illinois. I completed my M.D. training in 1983, my Internal Medicine residency in 1986 and my Dermatology residency in 1990. Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
My medical interests are in general Dermatology, including diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and laser treatment of superficial blood vessels. I am married and enjoy spending time with my wife and four children.
Away from the clinic, I like to play the guitar, bike, ski, and canoe.
