Audiology
Hearing loss is a serious quality of life issue. Therefore, I strive to take the time to educate my patients on the best options available to meet each individual’s hearing healthcare needs. I believe an Audiologist needs to be patient, flexible and able to communicate with a patient on his or her own level.
I earned my Doctorate of Audiology in 2007 from the University of Florida in Gainesville. I also completed my M.A. in Audiology in 2002 through Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and my B.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Iowa in Iowa City in 2001. I am Certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. In 2008, I joined Advanced Healthcare with office hours at the Good Hope Clinic.
Professionally, I enjoy being able to work with patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. Away from the clinic, I enjoy camping, being outdoors, being physically active, watching sports and reading.
