I earned my medical degree from SMT NHL Municipal Medical College. I completed an internal medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston in Illinois. I am board certified in internal medicine.

I have special interest in treatment of hypertension, diabetes, coronary artery disease, the field of gastroenterology, preventive medicine and rheumatology. I am an active member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American College of Physicians (ACP).

I am also fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
