“I believe that addressing the treatment of a person as a whole is vital. Supporting the patient and family is always important to help the patient achieve a sucessful outcome from their therapies.”
I earned my medical degree from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala, Guatemala. My internal medicine residency was completed at Albany Medical Center in Albany, N.Y. I also completed a fellowship in oncology and hematology through the Medical College of Wisconsin affiliated hospitals in Milwaukee. I am also fluent in Spanish. I am board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology.
I have special interests in hematological/blood disorders, lymphoma, leukemia and lung cancer.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. I am very interested in special education, since I have a child with Autism.
