It is important to take into account the patient’s own perspective when treating him or her. I strive to find a solution which uses my knowledge while respecting my patients’ wishes. I believe this is the best approach to maintaining a strong patient/physician bond.
Born and raised in Mysore, India, I attended the medical school at the Government Medical College in my homeland. Both my internship and internal medicine residency were served at Brooklyn Hospital in New York, N.Y
As a practitioner of internal medicine, I am continuously intrigued with all phases of the doctor/patient encounter — from the initial diagnosis, through the entire treatment process and up to the final healing outcome. I see patients over the age of 16. Since opening my practice in 1992, I have improved my skills and techniques for the benefit of my patients. I provide immunizations, excisions of minor skin lesions and flexible sigmoidoscope screenings. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
I live in Waukesha, with my wife and two sons. In my leisure, I enjoy watching college and professional football and basketball, spending time with my family, reading and travel.
