Our team enjoys taking great care of all the Cardiac and Thoracic patients, one at a time.
In 1987, I earned my M.D. from Tufts University in Medford, MA. My General Surgery internship and residency were completed at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA, where I also completed my Cardiothoracic research and fellowship.
In addition to my clinical practice, I currently serve as a Clinical Instructor in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. My practice is mainly in adult Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, with special interest in Off-Pump/Beating Heart surgery. In a continuing effort to make Coronary Bypass Surgery safer for my patients. I have been one of the leading surgeons to perfect Off-Pump surgery, and now I proctor many other cardiac surgeons from around the country on how to perform this technique. I was the first surgeon in the Midwest to demonstrate live Beating Heart Surgery on the Internet with an interactive forum.
