I earned my medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. I completed one year of pathology residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill. My internal medicine residency and fellowship in hematology and oncology were completed at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ill. I am board certified in medical oncology and hematology. In addition, I am fluent in both Urdu and English.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children.
