I believe that successful outcomes are a result of a collaborative approach to patient care. This includes patient education, as well as an effective partnership between the therapist, patient and treatment team.
I earned my master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. At Carroll College in Waukesha, Wis., I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am a registered and licensed occupational therapist, and have additional training in upper-extremity orthopaedics, cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy and myofascial release.
Some of my special interest areas within rehabilitation include upper-extremity orthopaedics and treating cancer-related side effects.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, photography, downhill skiing and scuba diving.
