My goal as a Physical Therapist is to educate my patients regarding their dysfunction/limitations and to develop a treatment plan that leads to the achievement of their goals and return to an active lifestyle.
In 1983, I earned my B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I continue to take yearly coursework, with a focus on functional biomechanics, sports medicine and orthopaedics. As a Physical Therapist, I have an interest in orthopaedics and sports medicine. As a former collegiate gymnast, I feel my conditioning and rehabilitation experiences have given me a unique perspective when treating patient injuries and dysfunctions.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy skiing, cooking, genealogy research, knitting and sewing.
