"My goal is to provide the best care for my patients. I provide them with information about the latest non-surgical treatments, making sure they have the best tools to make an informed decision regarding their treatment options."
In 2000, I received my medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. I completed my family medicine internship and residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. I also completed a sports medicine fellowship through the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. I am board certified in family medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine.
I take special interest in non-operative orthopaedics as well as diagnostic and rehabilitative sports medicine. My practice involves treatment of sprains, strains, acute sports injuries, non-surgical fracture management, as well as office injections. I believe in rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy) as part of my treatment plan when indicated. I also provide information regarding injury prevention.
