I earned my medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I completed my residency in internal medicine at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI. I completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. I am board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. I currently serve as the chief of the department of cardiology at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.

I have advanced expertise in angioplasty and coronary stent placement in the treatment of heart conditions. In addition, I have special interest in the utilization of echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography for the diagnosis and assessment of the heart and circulatory system.

I have been practicing medicine in the West Bend area for over 20 years and enjoy sharing my passion for heart healthy living with this community. My interests outside the hospital include spending time with my family and enjoying an occasional round of golf during the summer.
