Communication between patient and physician is an important aspect of my practice. I encourage my patients to ask questions, discuss their concerns and participate in the decision-making process so that they feel comfortable with the final treatment decision.
In 1988, I received my medical degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago, Ill. Both my internal medicine internship and residency were completed at the Rush-Presbyterian - St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. I am a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Women's Association.
I am board certified in internal medicine.
I enjoy keeping abreast of the latest information and research in preventive medicine and sharing this knowledge with my patients.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Music is very important to me and I enjoy attending a wide-range of concerts. I am also an avid gardener and love the outdoors.
