Each patient is an individual with unique needs. My goal is to educate my patients and help them develop the skills they need for self management of their diet and to improve their health and well being.

I earned my B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and continued my studies in dietetics at Mount Mary College to earn my R.D. in 1990. In addition, I received special training in child and adolescent obesity from the University of California-San Francisco. I am a member of the American Dietetic Association.

I am especially interested in wellness and prevention of disease through healthy lifestyles.
