My practice involves the evaluation and care of people with neurologic illness, including strokes, seizures, muscle and nerve disorders, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and headaches.
In 1987, I earned my M.D. from the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi. My Internship in Internal Medicine was completed through the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison. My Residency in Neurology and Fellowship in Clinical Neurology were completed through the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I am Board Certified in Neurology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
In addition to general neurology, I take special interest in electrodiagnostic medicine, which includes the evaluation of nerve and muscle disorders. I also provide Botox injections for movement disorders, such as cervical dystonia (torticollis). I also have a long standing interest in multiple sclerosis.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters.
