“It is important for me to provide optimal care to my patients. I do this by taking a holistic and collaborative approach. I like to educate patients on their treatment options to make the best decision for them based on their personal circumstances.”
I earned my medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Mich. My internship and residency were completed at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital. At Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. I completed my fellowship in sports medicine.
As a former Big 10 gymnast with nearly 20 years in the sport, I understand the viewpoint of the athlete. This understanding gives me a unique perspective in treating my patients of all ages from teenagers to geriatrics, all levels from the weekend warrior to the professional, and for all problems from acute to chronic to preventative orthopaedics.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs, traveling, and all sports.
