I find that it is important to take time in educating a patient about their injury and to get them involved in the rehabilitation process to achieve good outcomes.
In 1994, I received my Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago. I completed a 2 1/2 year manual therapy program to improve my skills in treating orthopaedic, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal injuries. In 2008, I passed the Orthopaedic Specialists Certification Exam by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
I have a special interest in treatment of orthopaedic and sports medicine/running injuries.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy running, biking and playing baseball.
