I encourage my patients to ask questions and be involved in the selection of treatment. My job is to educate patients so they feel comfortable with their choice of care.
Born in Milwaukee, I received my M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1977. My internship and residency were completed in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. I am Board Certified in Orthopaedics.
Professionally, I have a special interest in knee and shoulder injuries and reconstruction, sports injuries, arthroscopy, cartilage transplantation and total joint replacement. I also have unique expertise in minimally invasive hip and knee joint replacement surgery.
Away from the office, I enjoy coaching grade school basketball and volleyball.
