“I feel the most important thing I can do for my patients is sit down and really listen to them. I try to make a personal connection with each patient so they know and can trust I care about them and that I will try every treatment available to help reduce their pain.”
I earned my master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee. My residency was completed at rotating Milwaukee area hospitals with additional training in Belize, Central America. For eight years, I specialized in emergency medicine at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center before working with Dr. Doers at Aurora Advanced Healthcare. I am a board-certified physician assistant.
I enjoy learning about new, old and different methods of non-surgical pain management. Some of the oldest Eastern medicine methods of pain control have turned out to be the most effective for many patients.
Personally, I have been married to my husband, Dan, for over 25 years. We have one son, two daughters and one precious granddaughter. I am passionate about gardening and enjoy looking for antiques and decorating my home. I have many pets – cats, fish and dogs – and would like to add more to our zoo-like home.
