In 2003, I earned my medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. My internship and residency in pediatrics were completed through Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin (Medical College of Wisconsin and affiliated hospitals) in Milwaukee. I am an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Board certified in pediatrics, I am a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
I take a special interest in childhood obesity and exercise, asthma education and preventive medicine. During well visits, I strive to provide guidance about growth, development and preventive care. When children are ill, I make every effort to educate families about the illness and treatment options.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, musical theater, singing, running and cooking.
