I earned my optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. I am board certified in optometry.

I offer comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages including infants and children. I am also trained and qualified to provide primary care for eye emergencies and urgent eye problems, and medical treatment of external eye problems. One of my pecialty areas is contact lenses including disposables, gas permeable and bifocals. I have been practicing optometry since 1980 and has gained special expertise with pediatric patients. I am also past president of the Wisconsin Optometric Association (1999). I currently am one of the very few licensed optometrists in Wisconsin with the distinction of being a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry.

I currently reside in Hartford with my wife and our four children. In my free time I enjoy family activities, jogging, sports, reading and travel.
