“I focus on the recovery of the entire client, not just the return of function to a specific area. My aim is to make physical therapy fit into the client’s life to maintain a balance between work, home and recovery. ”
In 1999, I received my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, followed by my master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 2002. I have advanced training in manual treatment techniques for spine and extremities. I am a board-certified physical therapist and the supervisor of rehabilitation for Aurora Advanced Healthcare.
I take special interest in the treatment of the orthopaedic population throughout the entire spectrum of recovery with a focus on the recovery of the injured ankle. All my treatment principles are rooted in evidence-based practice to ensure measurable and functional improvement.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy traveling, winter alpine sports, golfing, hiking and running.
