“As a doctor of physical therapy, I attempt to breathe life back into the patient/practitioner relationship by maintaining open communication, steadfast motivation and quality patient education.”
In 2003, I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. I then earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee in 2007. My future career goals are to become a Certified Manual Therapist and obtain an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Certification (OCS).
I have a special interest in orthopaedic, sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation. I enjoy educating and motivating patients with neurological disorders as well as athletes interested in improving their performance. It is my professional responsibility to promote patient compliance, self-motivation and autonomy to assist in a safe return to prior level of function and beyond.
Away from the clinic, I enjoy traveling, going to the movies and the batting cages, bowling, and basketball workouts. I find peace spending time with my family, going to church and listening to music.
