In 1965, I earned my medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Ill. I completed an internship in internal medicine at Wesley Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 1966. My residency in internal medicine was then completed through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. in 1971.

I am board certified in Internal Medicine.

I enjoy the challenges that present in my adult internal medicine practice with special interest in the areas of preventive medicine and geriatrics.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy reading, golfing and traveling.
