"I strive to provide excellent patient care through the use of advanced imaging techniques. I believe in a team approach to medicine with good personal interactions with patients and colleagues."
I earned my medical degree from Stanford University in California. My radiology residency was completed in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan, where I also completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology. I am board certified in radiology.
I have special interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal imaging, including the applications of MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and ultrasound to sports injuries. I also have an interest in PET (postitron emission tomography) and molecular imaging, and how it is utilized to stage cancer and determine early chemotherapy response.
I am married and have two daughters. Together we like traveling to Argentina to visit my family, as well as boating and skiing. I personally enjoy playing tennis and volleyball. I also love music, playing guitar and reading novels in Spanish.
