As a health care provider, I believe in taking into account not only physical health, but also the emotional, social and spiritual needs that relate to an individual’s overall well-being.

I earned my Master of Science in nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. My Bachelor of Science in nursing was completed at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I am a board certified nurse practitioner.

I take special interest in the unique needs during a women’s lifespan, from adolescence through menopause. I empower patients to make informed decisions through patient education, as well as encourage patients to be active participants in their own health care. I believe strongly in preventive health and strive to provide individualized care.

I work regularly with Dr. Powell-Mattioli and assist with care such as annual exams, preventive care, same-day problem visits, birth control consultation, IUD insertion and routine obstetric care.

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, I enjoy making annual fall trips to Door County for a relaxing weekend, visiting Madison for Badger football games and attending the numerous festivals Milwaukee offers every summer. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, going to the gym and traveling.
