I encourage my patients to take an active role in their health care and the decision-making process. Taking the time to discuss my patients' concerns and answer their questions is important to me.
In 1985, I earned my medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. My internal medicine residency was served at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I am currently a fellow of the American College of Physicians and am the continuing medical education coordinator at Aurora Advanced Healthcare. I enjoy sharing knowledge with my colleagues, as well as my patients.
I am board certified in internal medicine with a sub-certification in geriatric medicine.
My special interests include keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in all areas of internal medicine and sharing this information with my patients. I also enjoy teaching medical students.
Away from the clinic, I like spending time with my family. I enjoy being physically active and am an avid cross country skier and bicyclist. I also like golfing and gardening.
