In my practice, I encourage equal participation between doctor and patient. I want my patients to be very involved in their care and to take an active role in their total health and wellness.

I earned my medical degree at the University of the Philippines and then completed residencies at Philippine General Hospital Medical Center (ophthalmology) and Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago (internal medicine).

I believe that medicine is not a business, but a profession that deals with human lives. I promote an open, compassionate relationship with my patients.
