I earned my medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan. I then completed my internal medicine residency and a pulmonary/critical care fellowship both at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York and an additional sleep disorders fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospital in Illinois. I am board certified in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine.

In addition, I have advanced certification in specialty procedures including bronchoscopy, pleural biopsy and the technical aspects of pulmonary function, cardiopulmonary exercise testing and sleep studies.
