Dominique – Medical Reception Referred to Advanced Healthcare by an employee, Dominique “loves” her job. Her teammates made her feel like “part of the family” right away during her first week. She enjoys some flexibility when needed- “Everyone’s always willing to help” and says that her Supervisor is always a just a phone call away to help her work through any issues – “really cares”. Advanced Healthcare is a “one of a kind” company, with ‘great technology, training and communication tools’. Dominique is excited about her future with us.
	Yvonne – Evaluation and Management Coder Variety and challenges are what inspires Yvonne on a daily basis. Learning the many specialties and fine-tuning her communication techniques with numerous physician personalities is interesting and satisfying. Yvonne says the environment she works in is very nice – and the people are all congenial, easy-going and very supportive.
	Judy - Medical Reception Judy came from an environment that was home to her for many years, so Advanced Healthcare had lots to live up to when she joined us. Her niece, an AH employee, referred her to us. Judy says that her training was great. Everyone went above and beyond to help her and have always been supportive. She says that she works on a great team that always works together. Her supervisor is very flexible and understanding when she goes to her with questions. Her coworkers come to her aid whenever she needs it.
	Marcella - Medical Reception Marcella found us through an AH employee friend. She says her days are filled with smiles and comradery with patients and coworkers alike. She says, “You know, laughter IS the best medicine!” As “the best place (she’s) ever worked”, Marcella has kind words to say all around – about the approachable and caring physicians, her supervisor and coworkers. Marcella says she wishes she could “purchase stock in Advanced Healthcare, as the name, ‘Advanced’ says it all”. Referring family and friends to Advanced Healthcare comes naturally to Marcella.
	Rochelle - Phlebotomist Rochelle found her phlebotomist position with us through a friend who worked here. Due to experiences in previous jobs, She was skeptical that the environment may not be a good fit for her, but found her coworkers to be friendly, caring and easy to work with. Her Supervisor is “accessible and positive and takes time to spend with her employees”. When she needs help, her work team is “honest and direct and feedback is always constructive”. Rochelle called Advanced Healthcare “refreshing” in its approach to customer service, and says that her daily contact with physicians is one of the best aspects of her job. She convinced a friend to come to AH by telling her that her job at AH is “much less stressful and definitely more Family Friendly” than previous jobs. Rochelle’s coworkers and boss were caring and supportive by allowing her to take the time she needed when recently going through some personal struggles. Rochelle says she is “grateful to be here and we make it easy to refer others to work for Advanced Healthcare.”
	Angela M - RN Family Practice I always had interest in a clinic setting, and for the past several years it has been with Advanced Healthcare. I am myself a patient here and I find that the customer service is very good. It is a nice environment, very helpful, and really a good fit for me. The insurance is good, and the supervisors are wonderful. Just recently I needed to make a switch to part time employment, and between my supervisor and I we were able to find someone to do a job share.
	Karen S - MA Pediatrics I started with Advanced Healthcare doing my student internship, and since then I have been working in the pediatric department for the past 10 years. The clinic I work in is close to home. I have a great team of co-workers that I work with; the receptionists and the nurses are just awesome. I also really enjoy working with the doctors. 	Susie B - LPN/Rheumatology I had come from a nursing home background, and never thought of working in a clinic setting. My current supervisor recruited me to Advanced Healthcare and I have been here for nearly 20 years. The doctors are wonderful. I have a great team of co-workers that get along well. I have myself recruited a patient to come work here, and she is now employed by Advanced Healthcare. When people ask I tell them they should work at Advanced Healthcare that it is a great company overall.
	Mary S - RN A Day in the life of a Nurse...Although nursing is now a well-paying career, I think it’s important to choose a career based on the fact it is something you enjoy doing, not for the salary. There are many different specialties in nursing to pursue to find personal satisfaction in patient care along with constant learning. The most rewarding aspect of nursing is the help and caring I give to my patients. The personal satisfaction that I feel is incredible. I also enjoy the stimulation of learning and there is always something to learn in the nursing field.
	Judy – MT I used to temp here while I was teaching. It was a long drive for me, but I enjoyed working here so much that I later decided to come on board. Everyone is so cooperative and nice. There’s a great balance - we can almost read each others’ minds. The Docs are nice - they treat us equally and stop by just to say hello. I’m sure the patients enjoy it here because we are the preferred one in the area. They come here instead of the larger clinic down the road. Advanced Healthcare requires high quality in their staff, which earns us respect and credibility. Feedback is timely, schedules are flexible, and we have a competitive pay and benefit structure. I feel well taken care of and have referred friends to work here.
	Mary – MT My work here is a pleasure every day. I work close to home and have a great flexible schedule, with benefits, even though I work less than 40 hours a week. My coworker here in the lab is the best ever - she has superb skills - we are an organized, efficient team. The Docs are accessible and understanding and the friendly atmosphere is really appreciated by our patients, who compliment us all the time.
	Valerie – RN Float I really enjoy coming to work every day. There’s lots of variety and I feel the nurses are really supported here. The physicians are very friendly and enjoy teaching. I know I can go to them for the answers I need. I had another offer, but accepted Advanced Healthcare’s because of all the longevity here - It is a really healthy place to work. The Customer Service workshops have truly set us apart from our competitors. Everyone works harder to develop good relationships and provide better quality service. My Supervisor is the Best - She lets me do what I need to in my life and supports me in my work. I also appreciate working for a company that is expanding and adding new opportunities for growth.
